Enter your registration number and the code in the form below to request the deletion of your Forever Bulgaria Mobile App data. After you press the "Confirm" button, a message with a link to confirm the deletion of your profile data will be sent to the displayed e-mail address.

Data on all devices where your registration number is confirmed, as well as the notes entered on them, will be deleted. If you have not uninstalled the app or selected the "Factory Settings" option in the app main menu before confirming the data deletion, after confirming it, an identification error message will apear on each of your devices, requesting to restore app factory settings.
