1. Forever Bulgaria App is developed and maintained by Prizma 66 OOD and is commissioned and supported by Forever Living Products Bulgaria EOOD. By installing and using the app you agree to the terms and conditions of the End User License Agreement (EULA) of the installed app version. The EULA is available in the app Info under End User License Agreement.
2. Personal data
2.1. The App stores outside the device on which it is installed your registration number, your e-mail address, the notes you can add to the messages, and the data needed to identify your device.
2.1.1. You can delete your registration number data stored outside of your devices on the Delete your profile data page.
2.2. The data referred to in article 2.1. are not shared with third parties except in cases provided by law or if they are necessary to provide the services the app offers – device identification data is sent to the push notification service provider (Apple and/or Google).
2.3. Your registration number is used to save and synchronize the notes you can add to the messages and to enable you to receive personalized notifications.
2.4. Your e-mail address is the address of your registration as Forever Business Owner. It is used to validate that you own or control the device on which the app is installed. It may be updated if you contact the office of Forever Living Products Bulgaria EOOD.
2.5. In case the app provides a link to Forever Living Products’ or other website, the privacy policy and the terms and conditions of the website you are directed to shall apply.
2.6. For push notification services the privacy policy of the providers of these services (Apple and/or Google) shall apply.
